AIA Billing

Hi:

 

I work for an electrical contractor.  We have to send out AIA Requisitions quite often.  I used to use P.E.M. Software but they have closed their business.  Can anyone in the construction industry who does AIA billings recommend what they are using for a software.

    Hey @meanz04 - welcome to QB Community. It's great to have you here!

     

    I don't have any personal experience with it, but Quantum Software Solutions offers an AIA invoicing program that integrate with QuickBooks (per one of our ProAdvisors).

     

    Have any of our members use program before? Another alternative?

    I hope to bring this back to life. Quantum SS is excellent, but only available for Quickbooks Desktop as of this writing 10/17/2021. My brother's company uses Quantum and is very please. We both work in Civil/Public sector construction.
