Am a BIG fan of a "non traditional" approach to starting up - i.e., NOT a business 'plan'

This is a 30-50K ft level response (can unpack further upon thoughtful req. ) -- as I transitioned from coaching to educational solutions, I found that the "blue ocean" was present - so few institutions ( K-12, college/univ, & graduate ) include let alone focus on soft skills & "alternative" philosophical approaches to educating the citizenry outside of the conventional 140 & 70+ year ones in universal use = viola! the core of my customized solutions = both of the above.
