    I have had a merchant account for several years.  I used card reader w/phone at various venues selling product.  I was charged a fee per transaction which worked well as I only sold sporadically through the year.  Last year I opened a brick & mortar store and I was told that I would be charged $19.95/mth for credit card transactions.  I am being charged that but also being charged per transaction as well.  Should this be happening?
