I love writing my goals down! For me, seeing something on paper makes it feel real...and possible. I also like saying the things I strive for outloud. When I say the words *and* hear them coming back to me through listening, it makes whatever goal I'm putting into the world feel that more real and possible. Anyone else like doing that? :-)

In terms of my goals I write them down, create a vision board, and post them everywhere (steering wheel of my car, in my office, on my vanity, on my dresser mirror and around my computer)... I guess my thinking is you can never have enough reminders. In addition, of business owner I am a mother, wife, sister, aunt, cousin, and daughter -I am pulled on a lot :) so the constant reminders help me redirect.

Thanks, @195937 and @ShanaNiederman! I loved the simplicity of Chris Pan's One Word approach to goal-setting. I figure if I can capture the essense of all my goals in just one word, I'm heading in the right direction!
