December 2017 Countdown: 3 Days to Go!

Oh the couch is so calling... I meditated this morning which gives me such a sense of rest and peace. And I listen to books on tape which also give me a nice sense of peace - it helps to rest my eyes sometimes. Happy New Year all!

This has been such a busy time both for my business and my family... i've found myself staring wistfully at the dog in his very comfy dogbed on more than one occassion.  Although I will definitely miss my extended family when they are gone, and January is a very busy time for my business, part of me is becoming newly grateful for the 'regular' busy to be found in the new year, rather than the new busy.  I guess i'm really really realizing the Rest that can be found in routine... even the busy ones!
