Finding operations or business partner

Hello, I am a creative and founded a kids socks company and I really would love to find a partner to handle the “business and operations” side of things. So far my network has failed me, and no one wants to be a partner only a paid employee position. Any advice on how to network better? Thanks!!!

      LinkedIn is always a great resource for aspiring business opportunities. Depending how big your company is or how much you're looking to spend, recruiting agencies can also help in this process. 

       

      Working with a mentor could help direct you to the right people, too. I've never used it but SCORE provides free mentors.
