I own my office condo and my business pays taxes and condo fees in lieu of rent. Is this OK

    I'm happy to help point you in the right direction to account for the taxes, fees, and rent in your QuickBooks account.

     

    In this instance, I recommend consulting with your accountant to make sure this is ok. Workflows and entries vary from business to business and your accountant will be able to give you the best advice based on your own company setup.
