Importing Tally data to quickbooks

Hi 

 

I have just registered and trying to evalute Qucckbooks. Currently i am using Tally for my accounting purpose. 

 

My main concern will i be able to import my tally data to quickbooks. If yes how do i go about it?

    Hey Snehal (@9833463026), 

     

    It looks like there are limitations on what data you can import from Tally, but it's possible. Give the Support Line in India a call and they can set you up.

    Also, the more important question, what will you need from your accounting software in the long-run?

    Hi:

     

    I have just subscribed to quickbooks. I have been using Tally for last 10 years. I want to import Tally data (including journal entries, trial balance, profit and loss account, etc.) in quickbooks. As far as I know, there is limitation to import Tally data and I can't import all accounting data (journal entries) in quicbooks.

     

    Can anybody enlighten me on this matter?

    You may have 2 options:

    1. Prepare your data in XLS/CSV and utilize an importer tool

    2. Purchase a 3d party conversion service.
