    It depends on your case and situation. If their Support team is perfect, we don't need to use this community 8)

    I'll definitely leave this post up for current customers to give you their advice, but wanted to give you some places to check reviews.

    Expect constant changes and frustrations.  

    The "support" isn't at all supportive or helpful.  

    Getting in touch with Intuit/ QB is a joke. 

    Here, in the community, if you can get someone other than a QB employee to answer your questions, you're better off.  The employees either answer with some random, has nothing to do with anything type answers, or do a "Copy/ paste that may or may not be helpful.
