I've never seen the benefit of waiting until the new year to set new goals or resolutions. In today's fast-paced world, when change is needed, it has to happen yesterday. Wait until December 31st, and you're way behind the 8 ball.

When I see the opportunity to improve my business it happens when the issues that can be handled more efficient are identified and not at the end of the year.

That being said, I wish all of you a happy and blessed 2018.
