Rollback the old invoice layout so we can use Price Rules!!!!

Why have the ability to create price rules if we cannot apply them to invoices? Even if this feature is being developed, please allow us the option to revert back to the previous layout. The absence of prior communication or sufficient alternatives from QuickBooks Online has worsened the effects of this decision.

 

I urge you to reconsider discontinuing Price Rules and prioritize your users' needs by reintroducing this critical functionality.

    Thanks for brining your concern forward here in the Community. I'm happy to provide some info regarding the old invoice layout in QuickBooks Online. 

     

    Good news! You can actually switch back to the old version of invoices. Here are the steps to get it done:

     

    1. In the left navigational menu, click the +New button.
    2. Choose Invoice.
    3. On the top-right corner, click the Old layout button.
    4. Tap the Switch layout button.
    5. Enter or select the necessary details, and then the click Leave and submit button.

    I recommend submitting feedback to the Product Development Team to let them know about the Price Rules feature and that you'd like to continue using it. This can be done directly through your QuickBooks Online account by clicking the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
