Service and Pricing Guide
Hola, amigos! Nice to have you here in the Community. Have you heard of a service and pricing guide? It's essentially a menu for your small business. I don't about you, but I like to check out the available options before making a new purchase from a business. Here are a few pointers on how to create this guide for new and potential customers so they know exactly what to expect when shopping with you.
Introduction and Story
It's always a good idea to introduce yourself. Speak a little about yourself, mainly focusing on values and credentials, and offer details about how you started your business.
Signature Service
Explain your signature service that you're most know for.
Deliverables
Clearly describe what your potential client will be receiving, gain, or achieve after choosing to work with you.
Previous Work
Display pictures and/or full descriptions of your previous work. However, be sure to only include work that you're still offering and not projects you no longer do.
Testimonials
To further strengthen your selling points, quoting a couple customer reviews is the cherry on top. People are more inclined to work with you if they're able to read real-life experiences from others.
The Process
Outline the process of your service so there aren't any surprises for your client when the job is being done.
FAQs
You've probably seen a trend in questions you're asked as a service provider. List a few of these out in your guide as well as your professional answer.
Other Services
One optional addition to add to your guide would be a list of other services you provide. You can keep these section short and sweet but just goes to show your potential client their choices aren't limited.
Call to Action
Last but not least, we know every action typically brings about a reaction, and you definitely want a new customer to react. Leaving with your client with a call to action like scheduling a consultation is another tactic to get you one step closer to closing the deal.
A service and pricing guide is a simple way to show new and potential customers the basics of your business and how you can resolve their task or problem at hand. This guide can be shared on your website or even printed and handed out as a physical copy. Either way, the more info sent out about you and your company - the better! Do you currently use a similar guide? Has it made your job a little easier by explaining the basics for you? Let's hear your thoughts in the comments!
