Hi! I tried to renew my subscription, paid for an entire year and it wasn’t applied to my current company but instead created a new company!! How do I fix?! Who do I need to contact?! Thanks

    Is there an email address to ask Quick Books why they are double billing me for my subscription services?

    Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! Although we do not have an email address when it comes to the Billing and Subscription issues, we do offer chat services and phone services. To get in contact with us about this double billing, here's how for QuickBooks Online: 

     

    1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
    2. Go to Help ) and click Contact Us.
    3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
    4. Choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.

     

    For desktop support:

     

    1. Within your QuickBooks Desktop, click Help at the top menu bar.
    2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
    3.  Give a brief description of your issue and click Continue.
    4. We’ll provide you a few options. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback.
