I can't say that my business has hit a snag. Financially it's doing great, but from a networking/growth standpoint (more clients, referrals, etc.), I'm not putting in much effort. Right now I'm comfortable and am coasting on a plateau, but I'm starting to get the itch to grow my business again. I now have a colleague and will need to get her involved and motivated, too.

Does anyone have recommendations on where I should start?

I completely agree with this, if only to manage expectations. Mental agility and the ability to overcome adversity is key to surviving. A big part of that is knowing there is a goal, but there isn't a straight path to follow to get there.
