    SO true! I have just become an Airbnb host and one of the things I'm enjoying so much is the delight of our guests. We did a good job describing the apartment and then we had some fun adding little touches to delight - chocolates in the kitchen, La Croix in the fridge, etc. Getting lots of great feedback by surprising and delighting!
