Using a commercial kitchen to grow my brand

So i dont have the money to get in a brick and mortor at the moment so ive chosen a shared kitchen to grow my brand and income stream. Looking for advice on some ideas as a whole

    I think it is a good idea! Depending mostly on what you plan to do. I know a lot of small businesses in the food industry that start in a State inspected shared kitchen and grow their brand and bring in income until they have enough to start their own place. Also, farmers markets and events are a great way to spread your brand and become more known. 

    Just curious, what do you plan to make? :)

    Thank you for the insight. Right now i will be doing alot of baked goods for retail and wholesale. The catering menu im devoloping to cover more on the food tip
