    Shonda is so amazing. I'm reading the Year of Yes and it's really pushing me to say yes to more. It's sometimes easier to say no! What would you say YES to if fear were no issue?

      Ha! So true. That's the same thing I shared in my TEDx talk in 2012, called "Art of Changing Minds".  The three steps of doing that are: 

      1. Vision (dream)
      2. Passion
      3. Action

      Neglect or ignore any one of the three and you're in trouble. The Afghans have a cool proverb about this:
