What's your favorite thing to put off (and *not* get done) when it comes to running your business?

I always do my fun work first, which means the less-interesting tasks can pile up. Like organizing receipts, replacing materials or equipment and the like. I've never figured out a way to keep up on that stuff as I go along.

Wondering if anyone here has tips for me!
