Lu is our Social Platform Lead for our QuickBooks support channels. She is a content and strategy guru and truly shines in her day to day work aimed at making our customers’ support experiences more positive. She’s creative in her approach all while maintaining customer empathy and success in mind.

How long have you been a social media platform lead for?
I started at Intuit in 2009. I've worked in the social media space since 2014.
What inspires you most about this role?
Social is a unique space, and I've watched its massive growth and constant evolution over the last eight years. I'm most inspired by how easy Social makes it for people to find their community. ♥️
What is your favorite QuickBooks Tip or Trick?
Forever and always keyboard shortcuts. ⌨️
Describe your ideal weekend!
My ideal weekend is a Saturday with no errands and a Sunday spent with good coffee in hand. We have an open-air market downtown, and my favorite way to spend a morning is to grab a breve cortado and a polvorones cookie and sit there people-watching or reading the Sunday New York Times.
What is the best piece of advice ever given to you?
My grandmother would always say, "you have two ears and one mouth for a reason." Listening with openness and empathy is something I think we all struggle to do effectively, but it is one of the most essential skills.
