Hello Community! Today I want to introduce you to our awesome Social Media Team Lead, Rose. Rose is passionate about all things people. She truly cares for our customers and it shows in the way that she guides her team in providing the best support. Let’s take a dive in and get to know her a bit!

How long have you been a Social Care Lead for?
I’ve been a Social Media Team Lead for 5 years.
 
What do you find most rewarding about your role?
I find that being able to guide people on how to help others is the most rewarding part of my role. By assisting the individuals on my team, it empowers them to provide  the best support to our customers!

 

What is your favorite QuickBooks Tip or Trick that you would want customers to know?
My favorite QuickBooks Tip is that there is a plethora of video resources on how to complete most tasks in the program. You can search for what you're wanting to do and more than likely, there is a video to walk you through it!

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would it be and why?!
I would love to go to the Maldives. The water just looks so beautiful!
 
What is the best piece of advice ever given to you?
You can't control what others think or do, but you CAN control your reactions to it.

I am running five separate quickbook companies via online system.  We transistioned from desk top mid 2022.  I have a mess with my P&L statements not bringing over every transactions that is shown in my register.  I am about to be hit with yearly fees for all of these companies which is doubled of what I paid last year and this does not work for me.  I have chatted with help line, I have sent emails and gotten no help or response.  I need this taken care of, if I can't trust the reports which are running thru quickbooks why use this system?
