100’s of customers have just vanished from my iPhone app , panicking opened the web version on my mac and they are all there ! R they also going to vanish any advice ?

There is no need to worry about your customers vanishing. We have received certain reports about this issue, and our product engineers have already fixed it. You'll need to reinstall your QuickBooks Online mobile app to resolve this issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your phone Settings.
  2. Scroll down and look for QuickBooks Online.
  3. Uninstall the app, then reinstall it from the App Store.

 

Rest assured, your data is safe within QuickBooks, and you don't need to worry about anything to vanish.
