I'm here bringing the latest update The error 502 (Bad Gateway) is now resolved. You can now access your account without any error.

Hi I was just coming here to ask about this issue.  I cannot access Quickbooks online due to a Bad Gateway message.

I got the same message. 

 

i can get it to it now but it is very VERY slow in loading information

We have been made aware that the issue related to some of our servers, and we believe we have stabilised the incident.
 
While this is ongoing we may see some unexpected behaviour, please rest assured that full functionality will be restored as soon as possible.

We're already aware of this issue, Dunney.

 

Some of the customers are getting error 504 (Bad Gateway) when attempting to log into their QuickBooks Online account. Our engineers are working to fix it as soon as possible.

 

We'll keep you posted once it's fixed. You can also check this link to subscribe for any updates.
