Attachments not opening in multiple tabs

I've noticed recently that in a transaction window if multiple attachments are opened, they do not open in separate (Chrome) browser tabs. Before it used to work fine and each attachment would open in separate tabs so that one could view multiple attachments when opened.

Hello HAM9, thanks for posting on the Community page, so this is expected , it doesn’t open in another tab anymore it downloads instead, You can leave this as feedback within the main cog wheel.

@Ashleigh1when the second attachment is opened after opening the first, the second one replaces the current attachment on that open tab. Before every attachment opened would open on a separate tab even if the attachment gets downloaded.

 

This change rubbishes viewing of all attachments at once side by side on each separate browser tab.

 

And why are QBO users not notified of this change.

 

Kindly revert to the previous state.
