Hello @ben28,

You can contact the Technical Support of the app you're about to connect so someone can help you integrate it with QuickBooks Online.

Lastly, here's a few articles you can read to help manage your account and related transactions: Help Articles for QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, let me know in the comments. I'll be here to lend a hand.

@ben28

We have to find yet any solution to coneect QBO directly to MS Flow. Consider to connect MS Flow to other MS products (e.g MS Teams, MS SQL) or other app (e.g Project Management, IT HelpDesk), then you may connect it to QBO.

Check out this solution, it can be used to pull the data automatically from QBO into an Azure SQL Server database. You can then use Microsoft flow to build your workflows. I also found this case study of where Microsoft Flow was used on top of the data from the connector: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5JYn8IOkfu8
