How can i acess customer account if the systemresponds "There’s usually something here. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page."

Let's rule out a possible web browser cache issue and access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) in a private or incognito window. Too much cache data stored from your browser causes unusual behaviour that affects the performance of your account.

 

Using a private window helps us verify the issue as this doesn't save any cache files. To open a private window, you can utilize these keyboard shortcuts keys depending on the browser you're using: 

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome browser
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari browser

 

 If you’re able to access your customer's account, I’d propose clearing your regular browser's cache to refresh the system and start with a clean slate. If the issue remains, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
