Can i add multipule jobs to the same customer, so that when viewing a customer all the jobs allocated to that customer can be seen below and accessed?

my customer/job data imported from desktop pro is organised in this manner, can i continue with this system?

Hello there, @andrewgmillar.

 

You can use the multiple projects in one (1) the same customer in QuickBooks.

 

Here's how:

  1. From the left menu, click Projects.
  2. Select the customer's name.
  3. Click the Add to project.
  4. Give your project a memorable name.
  5. Choose the customer you’re working for from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Save.
