You can delete your customers in batch by making them inactive. Let me walk you through the steps.

1. Go to Sales.
2. Select Customers.
3. Click the box next to Customer/Project/Company. Then, choose Batch actions.
4. Tick Make inactive. See added screenshot at the bottom.
