Can I delete inactive customers?
Where customers haven’t been involved with our community sports club for over 2 years, can I delete their records and personal information?
Let me share some information about deleting customers, Annikempson.
In QuickBooks Online, inactivating customers also means deleting them from the customer list.
It means that we're unable to delete inactive customers permanently. They're already deemed deleted the moment they're inactivated.
