You can export certain types of data (including lists of customers, suppliers and employees, as well as business reports and journals) by navigating to the Cog > Export data in your account. Individual transactions can be downloaded manually from the 'All sales' and 'Expenses' list by ticking/batch selecting and clicking batch actions > print > select the download icon to save to your desktop. We'll also keep hold of your data for 12 months from the date of cancellation, so you can continue to login to access this in a read-only format (you can also re-subscribe at any point during this period to pick up where you left off).
