Question

Can someone help me please? All my notes have disappeared on my customer accounts. It is vital information I need gor each client. I have tried all the suggestions given.

Hi hammerlfc-google Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. Are you referring to the notes that you have entered within the 'notes and attachments' section within your custom details?

Hi, yes. They show on 1 phone via the app but not on the other. I can't use an Internet browser to access my account, so that isn't an option either.

Hi hammerlfc-google What device are you using that doesn't show the customer notes?
