Can’t find billing to resubscribe ?

Hello there, bedfordshirephon.

 

The option to resubscribe is only available if you're logged in as the Company or Master admin in QBO. Please log out of the account temporarily and make sure to use the admin log in to see this option.

 

If you can't still see the resubscribe button, please contact our Customer Service Department. They can verify your account details and manually process the renewal for you. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact us.
  2. Let them know that you're not able to resubscribe to your account, then click Let's talk.
  3. Click Get a callback or Start a message
