Can you show me how to raise a credit note to customer which needs show CIS ?

Hi jeanette-wallace, thanks for joining the Community - it's not possible to raise a credit note for CIS in QuickBooks, as the CIS tax (less CIS) is paid by the invoiced customer to HMRC. If you're needing to credit this, please contact your bookkeeper/accountant for advice 🙂
