Hello there.

Please know we understand you, and we aim to provide the resolution needed to address this as soon as possible. Inside QuickBooks Online, if you're sure those transactions are duplicates, you can Exclude them to get them out of your company file. But if they're already being categorized, you'll want to make sure to Undo those transactions so you can exclude them easily. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Transaction tab and choose Bank transactions.
  3. In the Categorized section, click Undo below the Action column.
  4. Go to the For review section and locate the transaction.
  5. Click the box beside the transaction date, and then select Exclude.

For the receipts, here's how you can get rid of duplicates:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Transactions tab, and then select Receipts.
  3. Locate the duplicates and then in the Action column, click the Dropdown arrow and click Delete.
