Can you use a price level list for products on QB Online like you can on the desktop version?

We have over a thousand products and over a thousand customers, some of these products have a different price for a lot of customers. Is there a way I can have this be auto completed when creating a sales invoice like I could on desktop version.

Hello Luke-telford-c21, thanks for posting on the Community page, there is not a feature for this in QBO, you can leave it as feedback within the main cog wheel, this gets sent straight to the developers.

I’m on the same boat, losing many customers as the price files not available on quickbooks online. 

Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?

I can see that you need to utilise the price list feature, Hamza6. Let me share more details about this topic in QuickBooks Online.

 

At present, QuickBooks Online offers this feature exclusively in the United States region, where it is currently in a testing phase. Don't worry, QuickBooks will progressively roll out this feature to the platform, and it will soon be accessible in your region.

 

For the time being, if you need to use another application that can handle the price list, we suggest looking for a third-party application in the QuickBooks Online App Center. 

 

You can follow these steps:

 

  1. On the left pane, choose the Apps tab.
  2. Click the Find Apps.
  3. Enter the keyword or name in the Search bar.
  4. Once done, similar apps will appear on the screen.
