Question

Cannot search for address in customers. Has always worked in the past, had troubles for a couple of weeks now. Re installed app with no luck

I have s20 ultra. My wife has s21 ultra. Hers works mine doesnt

can you please try clearing the app data and seeing if this resolves your issue. 

 

  • In the Quickbooks Online app:
  • Android: from  ⋮ button, select settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes
  • In your device settings:
  • Android: Settings> Apps (varies by device)> Quickbooks app from the list> Storage> Clear Data.
