I've checked here on my end and found a reported issue that other customers also encounter the same struggle with uploading logos. That said, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team for them to add you to the list of affected users.
I'll show you how you can reach out to them:
- From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
- Enter your question and select Continue.
- Review and Select from the following: Have us call you or Chat with us.

It's a miracle! Did nothing. Logged in this morning and it allowed me to upload my logo and replace the original. Looks great. Took a week and then cured itself.
