Cannot upload a logo

I am setting up a new company. Uploaded the orginal rectangle logo and only after realised it had to be square. Now cannot replace the original logo in Account and Settings. Any help appreciated.

I appreciate you getting back on this thread and providing an update, joe-dogdoov.

 

I've checked here on my end and found a reported issue that other customers also encounter the same struggle with uploading logos. That said, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team for them to add you to the list of affected users.

 

I'll show you how you can reach out to them:

 

  1. From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your question and select Continue.
  3. Review and Select from the following: Have us call you or Chat with us.

It's a miracle! Did nothing. Logged in this morning and it allowed me to upload  my logo and replace the original. Looks great. Took a week and then cured itself.

Hello Joe-dogdoov-com, thanks for posting on the Community page, if you have a look at this helpful article it has all the steps on how to remove a logo and add a logo and what the logo needs to be in order to upload it into your Quickbooks account.

Hi Ashleigh. Many thanks but I have tried all of that. It will not let me remove the original logo (which is not appearing on the invoices etc) or upload a new one.

For troubleshooting purposes, please try removing and uploading the new logo by signing into QuickBooks through a different web browser or incognito/private browsing window.
