Is it possible for a user in Quickbooks Online to be restricted to only viewing/ creating estimates and invoices and viewing customers?

If the default role options available in QBO are too many for the user, consider having a free invoicing app as a workaround. Then you can use the connector to duplicate the data every time a user creates an Estimate/Invoice to your QBo account automatically.
