Does any one know why the customer box on a receive payment page wont find an established customer??

Delays or unable to find active customer names are usually caused by piled-up cache on your browser. Though, it is a component that helps background processes. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related issues:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your account. Private browsers use but don't store cache.
  2. If you can select the customer name in the Receive payment page successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives. Each of them uses different cache.

If by any chance you're still encountering the same issue, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and further review the concern.

  1. Click Help in the upper-right corner and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter the details of your concern and click Let's talk.
  3. Select how you want to reach them (phone or chat).
  4. Enter the necessary information to complete the request.
