Hi everyone ,

I am recently new to quick books.

I have been using it since April but im having a small issue with my bank details appearing on my estimates as well as my invoices . I would like to remove it from the the footer on the estimates.

I have been mainly using the app the run things day to day. Edited the footer on the app and on the online version on a laptop doesn't seem to be solving the issues .

thanks

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks as part of your business, TreeMasters. I know how to clear the bank details appearing on your estimates and invoices from the footer section. I'm here to provide you with the specifics.

The bank details appear on your forms once it's enabled on the template you're using. You can entirely remove it by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using any supported browser.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Custom form styles.
  3. Select the template you're using, then select Edit under Action.
  4. Go to the Content section, then tap on the footer area of the PDF file.
  5. Take the bank details under the Add payment details and footer.
  6. Click Done to save the changes.

After that, be sure to select the precise template for your transactions from the Customise tab to generate the exact details when tracking your invoices or estimations.
