Hey,We use quickbooks online, can you tell me how to use the purchase order function with regards to our customers and stock , rather than our purchases with suppliers?

We have the column available on our products and services page, and the details have now appeared on the "edit" section of those stock items. But i cannot see where to input any info.
Is this available with an extra Sales package ?

Purchase orders are only used with suppliers for what you order

 

Estimate in what you use to list what you would do for the cusotmer

    If you have an existing stock system (software), there is no integration for the UK version of QBO that I know of.  And even in the US version you can only use an add on app you subscribe to which enhances inventory (stock)
