Hi there, jason-cghservice.

Let's change the logo format to .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file as it resolves issues with uploading logo in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, these are some of a few things to consider before uploading:

  • smaller than 10 MB
  • 24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth)
  • square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
  • using the standard RGB colour spaceNote: If your logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it into an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) before you upload it to QuickBooks Online.

Once done, here's how to add a logo from the company settings:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. In the Company section, browse the logo.
  4. Click on Save.

This article will show you the steps on how to add the logo on your sales forms. Please it out: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.

On the other hand, if you're trying to add the logo to your bank account (register), it is not possible. However, I can send product suggestions to our engineers about this.

In case you wanted to add the pictures on your items, here's how:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Products and Services.
  3. Click on the Edit link for the item.
  4. Browse the picture and click on Save and close.

I'll make sure to respond promptly on your comments. Have a great day!
