Hi. If I set up a payment plan for a customer, how am I covered if they don't make a payment? Thanks Ben

Hello there, Diven.

 

At the moment, QuickBooks only have the "Use Payments Dispute Protection" for those payments that have been processed by the customer and disputed by them. In your case, we don't yet have that kind of protection feature.

 

In the meantime, I suggest sending direct feedback to our Product Development Team. Moreover, I see this feature as helpful one to protect you, our business partners. They might add this to our future product updates. 

 

You can send feedback by opening your QuickBooks Payments account, and on the upper right corner click the Feedback icon. See the screenshot below as a reference:
