How can I reassure my client that bank feeds are secure?

Which bank would your client be connecting? We have two types of banking connection one is a standard feed connection which is not a constant connection and needs verified to download transactions. We also have a Direct Feed option available for NatWest, Royal Bank or Scotland, Lloyds and HSBC which needs authenticated by the bank to establish the connection.
