How can I see complete customer history on the app, only the last 12 months appear to show?

Welcome to the Community page. 

 

So the app does have its limitations its to be used for more on the go things.

 

We would advise you to check the customer history on the web browser, google chrome is the best one to use.

As you rightly said, the app is for one the go things! This is exactly what my business is, visiting customers within their homes, on an infrequent basis!
 
I do not have an office, the whole point of the app, is to do 99% of my admin whist with the customer in their home, so a all time history would be so useful!
I do want to login to the online version on my phone, when I have the app on my phone!

I can share a workaround you can use in your situation.

 

Since you're almost always using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app for your business and the feature you're looking for is exclusive for a browse, what you can do is log in to your QBO company via a browser on your mobile device. Use the same login credentials to ensure you have the same company open when you use the browser.
