How can I setup Customer types/groups

I have different types of customers and I would like to group them together for reporting and exporting.

It's not possible to set up groups/types of customers, however, you can filter sales reports to show only select customers by clicking customise (on the report page) > filter > tick customer > specified > tick all that apply > run report. You can then click 'save customisation' to easily access and re-run this in the future (from the 'custom reports' tab). We'd be grateful if you could share any further feedback that you have for this by navigating to the Cog > Feedback in your QuickBooks - this way, your suggestions will be submitted to our developers for further review.
