How do i create a template letter for customers (like in the desk top version of quick books)?

Hello,

 

I cannot speak for the UK version, but I know the US version of QuickBooks Online doesn't have the customer letter creation ability that desktop has.

The online product does not have a customer letter template.

 

Our online products are evolving constantly and to enable us to facilitate your requirements we would be grateful if you can leave feedback from within the product.

Hi, thank you for your reply, i have tried to leave the feedback/suggestion via the feedback button in the product. At which point i was directed to leave the suggestion on a suggestion board & given the link, which actually says its closed and should note the feedback through the community feedback - feel like I'm going around in circles!  Could somebody provide me with the correct link to where i need to leave the suggestion to be able to create a template letter using the customer details? Thanks
