How do i delete 8 of my 10 unused placeholders with immediate effect

If you would like to delete/remove from your wholesale billing account the unused placeholder accounts select the cog/gear icon in the top right hand corner of your accountant profile > your account > select the drop down menu to the right hand side of select action > transfer billing to client > on your client list select the drop down menu to the right of edit client > make inactive
