How do i delete incorrectly entered employee payments entered after saving draft?Its for a payment 20th Nov which does not come up in history for deleting?

Thank you for your prompt reply, as well as providing us an update on your issue. Let me lend you a hand and get this resolved.

 

After you delete your payroll draft, the screen will go back to the Is all employee pay correct? page. This is where you can edit and enter your employee's correct payment details.

We can go to the save and view draft page to delete the draft, l-bigwood.

 

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Employees menu and select Payroll.
  2. Click the Pay your employees button.
  3. Select the Save and view draft button.
  4. Click the Delete draft link beside Confirm and Submit.

If you can't see these options, it's possible that it wasn't successfully saved as draft. You may want to recreate a new one.
