How do I "reorder" my "Custom Fields"?

I have a number of Custom Fields (5+ depending on the form) and QuickBooks Support have advised that an API will only pull the first 3.

How do I reorder them so I can move my latest/5th Custom Field to fall within my top 3?

QuickBooks Online Advanced (UK) supports up to 12 active custom fields for each type of form, whereas QuickBooks Online Plus and Essentials support 3. Can we clarify which version of QuickBooks you're using to help with your query?
