How do I see the emails that I have sent through quickbooks to my customers?

There are a couple of reports you can customise to see the sent emails, aceplanthire.


Here are the list: 

  • Invoice List
  • Transaction List by Customer
  • Statement List

For the steps, please go to:

  1. Reports in the left navigation. 
  2. Enter a report in the search field.
  3. Click on the Customise button. 
  4. In the Filter section, check the Sent box (Email box for the Statement List).
  5. Click on Run report.

 

Memorising these reports also saves you time. It lets you run them without customising again. Just simply click on the Save customisation button, enter the name of the report, and click on Save. Then, go to the Custom reports tab to view them.
